Located right next to the beautiful Saint-Irénée municipal beach in Charlevoix, The 362 offers to tourists and workers 10 rooms and 2 condos available all year-round.
The new owners name The 362, previously known as Motel de la Plage, in honor of the panoramic road of the same name that borders the Saint-Lawrence River and connects Baie-Saint-Paul to La Malbaie.
All the rooms and condos offer a stunning view of the Saint-Lawrence river. The 362 has 4 rooms with 1 queen-size bed and 6 rooms with 2 double-size beds in addition to 2 condos with 1 queen-size bed, one couch bed and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals overlooking the beach.
All the units have free wi-fi, patio chairs and fan available.
Renovated and redecorated for the summer 2021
All the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and TV with cable.
The condos include :
- 1 room with 1 queen-size bed
- 1 couch bed in the living room
- 1 private bathroom
- A kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, sink, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and all the cooking accessories
- Flat-screen TV with apple TV
Chaque unité est rénovée et décorée avec une thématique «rétro». Des thermopompes ont été ajoutées pour climatiser l'entièreté des unités.
Chaque unité possède un espace de stationnement situé devant le 362. Aucune borne de recharge pour voiture électrique n'est disponible pour le moment.
Le 362 est un établissement qui accepte les chiens. Il est important de respecter notre politique animale en lien avec votre poilu lors de votre séjour. Un frais de ménage de 35$ par séjour est ajouté à votre réservation si vous voyagez avec votre animal.

Also, if you are a skiing fan, you are only 40 minutes away from ski resorts Le Massif and Mont Grand-Fonds.
